•- We reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids by a bidder.
•- Placing a bid constitutes acceptance of the terms of sale as outlined herein. Once bids are made, they cannot be retracted by bidder. We cannot compromise the integrity of the auction by canceling bids.
•- All items are sold to the highest bidder without reserves.
•- We strongly urge bidders to place initial bids early. Most bidders choose to place their bids days before the closing date.
•- Auction results will be posted on our website at the conclusion of the auction.
•A) Minimum Bid Increase: 10% minimum increase, in whole dollar amounts.
•B) Buyer's Premium: All winning bids will have a 10% buyer's premium added to their final price.
•C) Sales Tax: Connecticut residents will have a 6% state sales tax added to their final invoice.
•D) Shipping: All bidders will have shipping & insurance added to their final invoice.
Auction starts when posted to the website. Auction will close on the date specified on the website. Auction will close to initial bidders at 10:00 PM EST. All lots will remain open until 30 minutes pass without a bid on any auction item. If the line is busy, we are still accepting calls. If the phone rings continuously, the auction has been closed. We will close the entire auction at that time.
Call Backs: If you are the high bidder on any item after 10:00 PM EST, you may request a call back if that bid is topped. Call backs are not guaranteed due to the hectic pace of the auction. Therefore, it is a good idea to periodically call to check on the lot/s of interest. We strongly encourage the use of "Max" bids as an option. When requesting a call back, please give your phone number and latest time you wish to be called.
"Absentee, Ceiling, Limit, Max, or Up To" Bids: Different terms, same meaning. When placing such a bid, you are instructing the auction house to competitively bid on your behalf up to (but not over) a given limit. These bids are kept in strict confidence. This type of bid is for your convenience and can be done online or by calling.
•A) Invoices will be sent to all winning bidders after the auction by mail & email showing all of your auction totals: including items won, buyer's premium, shipping & insurance, and sales tax (if applicable).
•B) Payment is expected within 10 days of receipt of the invoice.

•E) Visa / MasterCard & American Express are now accepted as a form of payment. Please call to make payment arrangements.
Shipping: Via Fedex Ground or USPS. Damage to packages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. In which case, all packaging materials must be retained, and insurance claim procedures followed. All custom duties, taxes and fees are solely the responsibility of the bidder.
Returns: Auction purchases will be accepted for reasons of gross miscataloging or for authenticity issues, only when a return authorization has been approved. Refund is limited to the total purchase price.
